Account Settings
Account Settings provides a centralized place to tailor Finout to your organizational needs. From defining where users land when they log in, to setting the proper levels of access permission, to aligning cost modeling across the organization. This is where you shape the platform to match your operations.

Default Homepage (Beta): Select the page to which users are directed upon logging into Finout.
In Finout, navigate to Settings. You are brought to the Account Settings tab.

Under Default homepage, choose the page you want users to land on upon logging into Finout. There are three options:
Finout Overview: Data from all your connected sources into a single, unified view.
Megabill: Select a view from a list of public views.
Dashboard: Select a dashboard from a list of public dashboards.
Click Save. Result: The Default homepage is set and users will be directed to it upon logging into Finout.
Permission Settings: Set access permissions using ACL. Admin access remains unrestricted under all circumstances and is applied by default to any new ACL-supported object created in the platform.See ACL Permissions for more information.
Show cost with EDP adjustments: Enable this option to allow all users to see the cost data with EDP adjustments on all pages. See EDP for more information.
Cost and Usage Type: Select the default cost type that will be shown to all users. See Cost and Usage Types for more information.
Cost Types & EDP Configuration: Define the relevant cost types and apply EDP for each cost type for your account. See EDP for more information.
